DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers your artwork from a printed film onto compatible fabrics using a heat press. It works well for many cotton, polyester, and blended garments, including T-shirts and hoodies.

There is no minimum order. Order a single transfer or build a gang sheet with multiple designs. Large orders may require additional production time.

Use a heat press that provides consistent temperature and even pressure. Make sure its pressing area fits your design, follow the transfer application instructions, and test first when working with a new fabric or press.

DTF transfers are designed to hold up well when applied and cared for correctly. For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and use low heat or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the print.

PNG artwork with a transparent background is preferred. Raster artwork should be high resolution, ideally 300 DPI at the final print size. CMYK color mode is recommended for more predictable printed color. Preferred file types: .AI and .PDF. Accepted file types: .JPG and .PNG.

• Preheat your press to 320°F.
• Pre-press the material for 2-5 seconds.
• Align the transfer to your desired location.
• Apply medium/high pressure for 8-10 seconds at 320°F.
• Effortlessly peel the transfer while hot in one smooth motion.
• For the second press, cover the transfer with butcher paper, teflon, or parchment, and press for an additional 2-5 seconds.
